NORTH AMERICAN PREMIERE
Contemplating suicide, a grieving older man (Jorge Mota) and a young girl (Daniela Love) meet in a forest where people go to end their lives. The two strangers end up exploring the Forest of Lost Souls together, looking for the best spot to commit the act all the while debating – what’s the best way to kill yourself? Their moment of procrastination leads them to learn about each other and their respective reasons for wanting to die. But as they spend their final hours together it becomes clear that one person isn’t who they say they are. This black and white shot nightmare is a unique and disturbing modern take on the slasher film. —Joseph Hernandez
